Set up Ownhand for me. It is an MCP server that writes in my own voice. Do each step in order and stop when you need me.

1. Work out which client you are running in.

2. Add the remote MCP server named `ownhand` at https://ownhand.dev/mcp with your client's command or config:
- Claude Code: run `claude mcp add --transport http --scope user ownhand https://ownhand.dev/mcp`
- Codex: run `codex mcp add ownhand --url https://ownhand.dev/mcp`
- Gemini CLI: run `gemini mcp add --transport http --scope user ownhand https://ownhand.dev/mcp`
- Cursor: in ~/.cursor/mcp.json, add `"ownhand": { "url": "https://ownhand.dev/mcp" }` under "mcpServers"
- VS Code (Copilot): run `code --add-mcp '{"name":"ownhand","type":"http","url":"https://ownhand.dev/mcp"}'`
- Windsurf: in ~/.codeium/windsurf/mcp_config.json, add `"ownhand": { "serverUrl": "https://ownhand.dev/mcp" }` under "mcpServers"
- Zed: in settings.json, add `"ownhand": { "url": "https://ownhand.dev/mcp" }` under "context_servers"
- Goose: run `goose configure`, add a remote extension (streamable HTTP) with the URL
- claude.ai or Claude Desktop: you can't add it. Tell me: Settings, Connectors, Add custom connector, paste the URL, Connect.
- ChatGPT: tell me: Settings, turn on Developer mode, add a connector with the URL, sign in.
- Anything else: add a remote streamable HTTP server with that name and URL.

3. Start sign-in. Claude Code: ask me to run /mcp, pick ownhand, sign in. Codex: run `codex mcp login ownhand`. Gemini CLI: ask me to run /mcp auth ownhand. Others: reload MCP servers, click Connect. In the browser I sign in, pick a Hand, and click Allow. Wait for me.

No ownhand tools after sign-in means you load servers at startup (Codex does). Do step 6 now, then tell me: restart you (Codex: `codex resume --last`) and say "continue Ownhand setup". Then resume at step 4.

4. Check the connection: call get_account, then get_hand.

5. If my Hand has no samples, run the set_up_my_hand flow: ask me for 5 to 10 things I really wrote (Slack messages, emails, PR descriptions), then call update_hand with them, or create_hand if I have no Hand.

6. Save this to your persistent instructions, user level if you can (CLAUDE.md, AGENTS.md, GEMINI.md, .cursorrules, custom instructions):
"For anything I will send as myself, call the ownhand write tool with the right occasion. Show me the draft before anything is sent. After I send it, call send_feedback with the request_id and the exact text I sent."

7. Tell me in one line that it's done.
